Allied World Insurance Hong Kong

Working closely with P&F (trading as IA) was Allied World’s CRS team in the US and the Local Team to house their assurance and re-insurance groups. This was a merger of two companies with different cultures, requirements and policies. One of the key challenges was to merge two filing systems, one heavily dependent upon paper, space and different shelving requirements; the other electronic-based only and find a solution compliant with the electronic standards of the parent company, Allied World. This global assurance company required offices that were highly functional and embodied a dynamic company moving into the future. With an added component of a very condensed timeline, this project required considerable effort to ensure all client goals were met within the compressed schedule.
